How to access wajik on your mobile device
We offer three main ways to use wajik on mobile: download the native Android app (APK), use iOS via your mobile browser, or access our web version from any device. Each option gives you the same account access and betting functionality. Choose the method that works best for your device and preferences.

iOS browser access and home-screen shortcut
On iPhone or iPad, you do not need to download an app. Simply open Safari or Chrome and visit wajik.app. Log in with your email and password. For faster access, you can add wajik to your home screen: tap the Share button in Safari, select "Add to Home Screen," and choose your preferred name. This creates a shortcut that opens wajik in full-screen mode every time you tap it.
App features and advantages over browser
Our native Android app includes several features that make it faster and more convenient than using a browser. The app caches your account data, betting history, and market information locally on your device, so you can view your transaction history even when offline. Push notifications alert you instantly when a live match begins, when your withdrawal is processed, or when odds shift on your favourite markets. The app also loads faster on slower mobile networks because it downloads only the data you need, rather than reloading the entire website each time you navigate.
The browser version works perfectly on both Android and iOS — you get the same betting interface, the same payment options (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and the same account access. The main trade-off is that the browser version does not store data offline, and you won't receive push notifications. If you prefer a lightweight experience without installing an app, the browser works just fine.
App vs browser: key differences
App: offline cache, push notifications, auto-login, faster load times. Browser: no installation, works on any device, no permissions required, auto-updates via website changes.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or higher. If your device runs an older version, you can still access wajik via browser, but the native app will not install. On iOS, we recommend iOS 12 or higher for best performance. The wajik web version works on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — on both old and new phones. If you have questions about whether your specific device is compatible, contact our support team.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK does not install on your Android device, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your Security settings. Some devices also show a warning about certificate trust — this is normal. Our APK is signed with our certificate, and you can proceed safely. If you see an "app not installed" error, try clearing your browser cache and re-downloading the APK. If the app crashes after installation, uninstall it completely, restart your phone, and install again. For persistent issues, contact our support team with your device model and Android version — we can help troubleshoot or provide alternative download methods.
App permissions and data security on your phone
When you install the wajik Android app, we request permission to access your device's network connection (so you can log in and place bets), send you notifications (for match updates and account alerts), and store data locally on your device (for your account cache and offline access). We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos. We do not read your SMS messages or call history. All data we store on your device is encrypted, and we clear it when you log out or uninstall the app.
Your password is never stored on your phone in plain text. When you log in, the app sends your credentials securely to our servers, and our servers issue a session token that your app uses for all future requests. This token expires after a period of inactivity, and you'll need to log in again. If you suspect someone has accessed your account on your phone, log out immediately, change your password via the browser (at wajik.app), and reinstall the app. Your account is then secure.
